FRIDAY May 23rd: THE WELCOME DINNER 7:00pm - 11:00pm
The Beauregard Keyes House, 1113 Chartres St. New Orleans, LA 70116 -- Join us for a Welcome Dinner hosted by Barry's parents Ron & Susan Smoler. All wedding guests are invited and encouraged to come enjoy po'boys, gumbo, drinks and hear toasts from the wedding party. (Casual attire)
SATURDAY May 24th:
4:00pm - 4:15pm: GET ON THE BUS! please read carefully!
The buses will be leaving the French Quarter at 4:15pm. Please arrive at 4pm so that we can get everybody loaded and be wheels up on time. There are a total of 5 buses each seating 47 people!
One (1) BUS will be departing from the Wyndham Hotel on Royal. It will be at the corner of Canal and Royal. There are only 47 seats available, so save this for the people staying at the Wyndham and nearby satellite hotels.
Four (4) BUSES will be departing from the Royal Sonesta. The busses will be at the corner of Conti and Bourbon. If you're staying at the Sonesta, this is your ride. There are 188 seats available at this pick up location, so we got your back.
5:30pm - 11:30pm: THE WEDDING CEREMONY & RECEPTION
Stella Plantation, 4881 Louisiana 39 Braithwaite, LA 70040 -- The main event! Join Tom and Jeanne O'Connor as they host the wedding of their daughter Jennifer O'Connor to Barry Smoler. Nurse that hangover, put on your finest threads and hop on board the shuttles to this family farm approximately 35 minutes outside the city. (Semi-formal attire)
SUNDAY May 25th: THE SEND OFF BRUNCH 11:00am
Royal Sonesta Hotel, 300 Bourbon Street New Orleans, Louisiana 70130 -- Whether you're still celebrating, nursing a hangover, or headed back home, join us for one more round and a quick bite to eat. Stop by and say hello to the newly-weds. Bloody marys, mimosas, beignets and more! (Super-casual attire)
